Cancellation / Amendment Policy 

All cancellations and changes to registrations must be made in writing to Wise Connections at cica@wiseconnections.com.au

1. Cancellations made up until COB on Friday 2 August 2024 will receive a refund less a $198 administration fee. 

2. Cancellations made after Friday 2 August 2024 will receive no refund.

3. Delegate substitutes, from the same organisation, may be made up until COB Friday 30 August 2024. Each substitution will be subject to a $66 administration fee.

4. Delegate substitutions will not be accepted after Friday 30 August 2024.

5. Amendments to conference registrations will be subject to a $66 administration fee.

Conduct at the Event

• To register for the Conference and Expo the attendee must be 18 years or older.

• Photos or videos of the Exhibitor’s equipment are strictly prohibited unless approved by the Owner of the equipment.

• Accessing equipment or tampering with an Exhibitor's display or equipment during the event will not be tolerated. Anyone identified as undertaking this conduct will be removed from the event without compensation.

• Wise Connections and CICA will never sell data, nor disclose attendee data to unauthorised recipients.

• Any third party offering to sell an attendee list is a scammer.
