Jason Egan has managed construction materials businesses across Australia for over 20 years. In 2019 he pivoted to prioritize family and wellbeing. A Beyond Blue volunteer speaker for 7 years, he shares his journey with “the black dog” to reduce stigma and encourage help-seeking. Married to Tracy five years ago and with four adult kids between them, Jason loves his Richmond Tigers, and works on being the best version of himself through the Unbreakable Man program on the Gold Coast
