Holger Hummel

Holger Hummel is a 36-year-old mechanical engineer with a strong background in specialized wire rope applications. He began his career with verope in 2016, completing his thesis with the company before joining the Technical Customer Service team as an Aftersales Engineer. In this role, he provided global support to clients requiring assistance with wire ropes and related machinery.

Since 2020, Holger has been based in Switzerland, near Verope’s headquarters, where he is responsible for the South African and Australian markets as well as underground mining operations worldwide. His areas of expertise include equipment inspection, rope investigation, failure analysis, and the sales of high-performance wire ropes.
