Mandy Haldane

Mandy has 30 years' experience in the Queensland Public Service, spanning various roles in heavy vehicle management, structural asset management, road geometric design and infrastructure delivery.

She is currently employed as Director of the Structures and Network Access Program and also Program Director for the Revised Class 1 Vehicle Access Regime Program in Queensland. In this capacity she is spearheading the development of the new access regime for oversize overmass heavy vehicles and mobile cranes in Queensland.

Mandy is a Chartered Professional Civil Engineer and a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland. She also holds a Master of Engineering Research focusing on the impacts of heavy vehicles on traffic operations, and a Graduate Certificate in Business.
